Cambodia Job Foundation has been an incredible experience for me. I've had the opportunity to spend time with our employees in Cambodia working on business problems inherent in developing countries, and with Dave Moon and other members of the board to determine long term strategy for the foundation. I've managed teams of employees and interns in a variety of projects, and helped new businesses grow. I've also participated in marketing, strategy, sales, and HR decisions. - Spent three months in Cambodia consulting management on business problems. - Supervised employees and interns in teams of 4-6 during various projects. - Interviewed and made hires for intern positions, including those who would be traveling overseas. - Implemented an online marketing plan, including AdWords and social media, thatincreased enrollment at a private school by 80% over a period of six months. - Organized volunteers, gathered donations, and prepared presentations for a large fundraiser at a major venue that generated over $200,000 in revenue. - Wrote and monitored the foundation's newsletter, as well as other important communications. - Conducted trainings by Skype in a foreign language. - Played an active role in making strategic decisions with the executive director and other members of the board of directors.

I had an opportunity to do another internship with Incentivize. This time I managed a group of interns in a marketing class at BYU and we created and managed a series of AdWords campaigns for a few apartment complexes Incentivize manages. We also did some web development and social media advertising. - Directed the efforts of three other interns for a Google AdWords and social media marketing internship. - Directly generated $60,000 of revenue for the company. - Received an additional AdWords certification in display advertising.
