• Directed a team of engineers to deliver the X761 SVO Programme from PS to Job1 +90Quality leadership with prime responsibility to guarantee that the product and process quality at the production location, in both the project phase and during series production, adheres to customer requirements.• Negotiated the project budget and was responsible for over £15M to provide the SVO content for X761. Content includes front & rear bumpers, door cladding, seats, in addition functional trim such as towing and roof rails.• Responsible for driving down costs from suppliers and saved £1.8M on Rosti door claddings by aligning tooling with cross functional Core Engineering. • Achieved 100% Release throughput at FDJ+4 gateway, the first SVO vehicle to achieve this target. In addition, accomplished 100% geometry inspection.• Managed the X761 PST meetings, organised the agenda and issued minutes using a range of project management tools (Microsoft (MS) Project, Gantt Charts, MS Access, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel). Ensured information was communicated to engineers to resolve issues.• SVO representative at Executive Process Chain, Launch Management Meetings (LMM) and New Model Launch Reviews (NMLR). Delivered enhanced engineering processes and design improvements supporting Right First Time (RFT).• Identified Bill of Material (BOM) errors, raised Add and Delete documents to update the BOM to correct delivery of parts, such as R Sport Steering Wheels and Core.• Lead methods for robust manufacturing and logistics of products through all manufacturing build phases (M1, M2, VP, HTFB, TT, PP, MP1, MP2, Job1 +90). • Chaired the Quality Audit Process and PCPA i.e. Clarification, Scope, Objectives, Schedule through to the preparation of audit working papers, checklists and the final collation of evidence for complete traceability.
