I was responsible for data planning and analysis for charity clients. This included everything from improving targeting for appeals, developing segmentation models, analysis for investment in recruitment and retention and data modelling.While here I developed a budget and forecasting model which analysed recruitment channels to show true value to date and.

Here I set up the data function for Bluefrog implementing new ways of working with appeals like introducing segmentation models and introducing ultra personalization into fundraising. I worked with charities like Action Aid, the Prostate Cancer Charity, Centrepoint and Save the Children

I worked with many different charity clients here in Australia doing appeal files and analysis. I also contributed to a major national benchmarking analysis which looked at data from 12 different charities and benchmarked their performance on a whole variety of metrics. This benchmarking project is still being done today.

I was an account manager but had the technical expertise to do work directly for clients without the need to brief technical staff. This was managing all aspects of data for marketing campaigns for commercial clients such as The Macallan, Best Western Hotels, Drambuie
