As Head Of Fundraising, i worked with the dedicated team at Kids Under Cover to prevent youth homelessness. We provide accommodation for young people at risk of homelessness, keeping families together and kids on the right path to education and development through our scholarships program.I have been responsible for four years of growth and development in our fundraising programs, with particular focus on growing regular giving from a grassroots program to more than $1m expected this year, future bequests to a pipeline of $8m, established consistent and long-term philanthropic partnerships, grown and maintained corporate partnerships for the long-term to sustain interstate expansion, and led a team of 6 staff through the transition to hybrid and remote working.

The PFRA promotes the improvement of the practice of face to face fundraising, for the benefit of charities in Australia, and the positive impact upon their charitable purpose. I joined the PFRA as a voluntary Board Member to bring my enthusiasm and knowledge to hopefully increase the accessibility and effectiveness of all charities in this important area.

Responsible for a team of 30 high-performing staff who together contribute over $30 million to Oxfam's work around the world to help people living in poverty. I was responsible for a Regular giving program delivering more than $20m per annum. I built and maintained an in-house face-to-face fundraising program which employed up to 20 staff and acquired more than 20,000 donors. In addition to this, Oxfam Unwrapped, our cash appeals program and bequests all sat with this position.

I led the team as we delivered the 2017-18 budget, four major Trailwalker events and negotiated contractual arrangements for our external telemarketing and F2F suppliers. During my time as Associate Director of Fundraising the team exceeded many of our targets and grew our internal capacity to deliver regular givers through our in-house F2F team.
