Responsible for the strategic investment and integration of advanced technical services for Sensata. Service delivery of simulation, materials analysis, problem investigation and testing in support of engineering across the company. Strategic deployment & engagement of simulation tools, practices and governance to strengthen the digital thread, deliver reliable democratisation & increase the speed of discovery. Developing, supporting and shaping the environment for key specialists and experts to be & do their best in a challenging and demanding environment. Working with engineering leaders to adapt & improve how we work today.Supporting engineering tools and knowledge management development in the company.

Leading change across our organisation around the use of simulation tools. Focussing on improving capabilities and utilisation.

Provide analysis services such as FEA, Moldflow, Materials Analysis to the Mechanical Design Department and other company departments. CAD systems, PLM support and process development are other key areas I cover. I also support materials development, product development, test planning / analysis and team development.

Design of tyre pressure sensor components including, modelling, drafting, verification, validation, development, risk analysis, planning, etc.

Support manufacturing in achieving and maintaining quality requirements as part of TS16949 requirements.
