Support the incubation and broader adoption of Customer Experience Design, Customer Journeys and Lean-Agile Development within NAB's customer change delivery ecosystem. Accountable for the development of Financial Control processes and Agile governance approaches for the Customer Journeys Delivery Centre, I was instrumental in securing $35m of seed funding for 3 Customer Journey teams, scaling to $60m by the end of the year for 5 Customer Journey Teams. I provided central control and oversight of Financial commitments from the Journey teams, integrating with established procurement and project accounting processes. In the second year of operation I scaled the Financial Control processes and Agile Governance approach to support an additional 2 new end-to-end Journey teams and an overall budget of over $100m.For the third year, I supported the integration of the Journey delivery teams into the broader change delivery ecosystem and scaled processes developed for procurement, software capitalisation and financial control and reporting across the wider NAB change delivery system.
