• Led a team of 12 direct reports located locally and out of state and over 200 offshore resources. Monthly visits were made to Tampa, FL to meet with team members in person. As part of our matrix managed organization, I also co-managed an additional 20 internal resources located in three states.• Implemented OneHSBC Cards, a three year project, which cost $140 million, involved 1000 employees, converted three different core card systems into one, migrated 90 million accounts• Executed successful Performance Testing for both online and batch testing as well as coordination with Global, Regional, application, and project management teams. • Resolved infrastructure challenges for Software Delivery North America while working with Global, Regional, and application teams.• Achieved positive results for Mainframe batch execution for Software Delivery North America. This included three development regions, two User Acceptance regions, and production.• Improved batch runtimes from over 20 hours down to 6 hours. Reduced batch abends from over 300 per batch run down to zero.
