Role synopsis: Motor product manager for the personal lines business and complete suite of distribution channels. Defining and executing the motor strategy roadmap. Delivery of end-to-end product management. Management of team to deliver on team objectivesKey responsibilities:• Defining the motor product roadmap and leading/delegating execution as appropriate• Act as product owner for change activity where project budget and resource has been secured, frequent use of Agile methodologies• Outside of project deliveries, lead on business analysis impacts across the complex IT/organisational infrastructure, mapping out solutions, capturing risks and identifying benefits. Subsequently lead/delegate implementation• Lead on cost benefit analysis, ensuring plans are robust, linking in with other colleagues such as pricing/actuarial colleagues to ensure a high level of confidence• Backlog ownership/administration of future initiatives via JIRA (e.g. Kanban boards)• Customer value analysis, ensuring product changes have value and will resonate with customers. Undertake customer research where required• Undertake competitor/market analysis, reporting to senior management and consider changes to the product roadmap • Stakeholder management, including influencing key management personnel and external customers (e.g. Brokers/Banking partners) to drive through the product agenda• Sales journey/CX impact mapping and briefing change teams on required changes• Product documentation ownership, sign off, infrastructure and fulfilment• Plan, fulfil and delete product governance requirement as appropriate• Chair product management forums as appropriate, participate at other forums across the business• MI monitoring and reporting, identifying risks and putting action plans together as required

Role synopsis: overall proposition strategy and delivery in Aviva GI. Driving the agenda for customer propositions and spearheading their implementation across the Aviva infrastructureKey responsibilities:• Key contributor to developing the personal lines proposition strategy (with a heavy focus on the motor market)• Lead on new proposition development, managing/overseeing infrastructure build and virtual teams to develop changes• Undertake customer research to support proposition concepts, arranging bespoke research where appropriate• Develop propositional financial plan, ensuring the plan is robust, present to P&L owner for sign off.
