This is the most experienced position of the Personal Banking department. This position requires strong communication skills to assist customers in choosing the right deposit and loan products offered by First American Bank, including more complex products such as IRAs, HSAs, Trusts and Commercial Accounts. Individuals will perform all daily functions independently, along with other special projects. A high level of customer service and sales aptitude are required. Must be able to coach and train team members. This person will be responsible for managing the branch's loan pipeline and have exposure to business lending. The Senior Personal Banker will act as back up to the Assistant/Branch Managers as needed, including handling customer issues, problem solving and fee reversal requests within established authority limits to solidify customer relationships. Meets or exceeds assigned goals. This individual will participate in more specialized customer service telephone queues and tasks.
