I have 9+ years experience working in program, product, and account management across Finance, Amazon 3P and Retail, CX, and Community Impact. If you're familiar with Birkman behavioural profiles, I'm a 'red', which means I'm a doer. I move quickly, enjoy organising people and projects, solving practical problems, and producing an end product that I can see and feel. In my current role, I focus on Community Impact for Amazon in Australia. This means building and maintaining long-term relationships with Australian non-profits to make a meaningful impact in the communities in which we operate. I engage our teams across 25+ sites in Australia, working to build a culture of volunteerism that will drive both personal fulfilment amongst our team, and external benefit to the local community. I joined Amazon in 2018, after gaining exposure to selling on Amazon through my previous role managing FX payments for Amazon sellers at WorldFirst. Since joining, I have had the pleasure of managing a wide range of selling partners, from start-ups like Huski, Zenify, and Nura, to large multi-national corporations like LVMH, Nestlé, and P&G. Program wise, I have been lucky enough to work on the launch of Amazon Renewed, Beer Wine and Spirits, Amazon Launchpad, Treasure Truck, and Amazon Gives. When I look back on my proudest moments so far, I think of 1) launching Amazon Launchpad in Australia, giving start-ups a platform to grow their brands, 2) working on Treasure Truck throughout the pandemic, sourcing the best-selling deal in program history and creating a Halloween pop-up event for Ardbeg whiskey, and 3) launching the Amazon Gives program in Australia by bringing a group of like minded individuals together to make a positive impact on our communities.
