Overall responsibility for the Testing, Business Analysis and Data Analysis service lines at FDM from a client delivery perspective. Instrumental in creating and developing the Business Analysis training pathway at FDM and supporting the Account Management team in the strategic growth of their client engagements. I am also the FDM Account Manager for British Sky Broadcasting, Financial Times, LeasePlan UK and FGA Capital.

A test management consultant with over 14 years experience across many business sectors including banking & finance, telecommunications, media, retail, automotive and e-commerce. I carry out a number of consultancy functions through pre-sales support, test consultancy, near-shore team management and occasional placement with clients for test management services.I have experience delivering multi-million pound systems and applications, including management of onsite and off-shore teams, co-ordinating 3rd party development implementations, and working in various different project methodologies. I am a Certified Scrum Master and have particular expertise in Agile project methodology as well as more traditional V-model and waterfall approaches.I have performed a number of healthcheck assessments for FDM clients, spending time on client site and analysing existing test processes and then providing detailed TPI (Test Process Improvement) reports and, in some instances, supporting the implementation of new process.I have undertaken the following Test Management placements through FDM:LeasePlan UK - Programme Test Manager(Oct 11 - Mar 12)- 6 month placement running a team of 5 testers/BA's involved in the integration testing of a 3rd party developed web-based quotes and orders application.Lloyds of London - Quality Manager(Oct 12 - Mar 13)- implementing and managing a quality and release process for developing the LIM (Solvency II) platform, in an Agile BDD team.
