As the Head of Student Experience and Pathways, my role aims to enrich the students' experience by ensuring they and their families are engaged and supported holistically within The Academy Program.I coordinate the administration of The Academy Program, including leading student enrolment and onboarding processes and procedures, scholarship programs, student and Program reporting, various stakeholder management duties, and student valedictory ceremonies.I also ensure that our unique, passion-based curriculum and learning environment provides students with a platform for success, including leading a team of dedicated full-time and casual teaching staff and personally designing and delivering future career pathway curriculum.

My role within Victoria University's Future Student team contributed to the coordination and delivery of the University’s marketing, recruitment and events activities.

Working within Trinity College's Foundation Studies program, I worked to plan and deliver multiple orientation programs and valedictory ceremonies. I also contributed to the ongoing development of student engagement initiatives and activities to enhance the overall student experience across the College.

Providing casual relief teaching for a range of secondary schools in South-East Brisbane.

As the Access Officer (Post-16) in the UCL Widening Participation and UK Undergraduate Recruitment Office, I continued in a role which saw me manage a large team of university students ambassadors, as well organise and run many UCL events, including Open Days, Year 12 Conferences and Mature Student events.

In this role I coordinated the logistical requirements of UQ's Outreach Program; building tertiary study aspirations of high school students from low-socioeconomic and other underrepresented groups within universities.

Helping supplement my finance needs whilst completing tertiary study, this role also taught me valuable skills in relation to teamwork, time management, working under pressure, producing accurate and efficient outcomes, and working effectively with a broad range of stakeholders.
