Controlling a production line of Worrier main battle tank engines during a period of high demand.With a team of 7 mechanics working for me it is my responsibility to make sure the output of fixed and serviceable engines were equal to or above the current demand therefore ensuring no Worrier battle tanks were without an engine. The underlining responsibilities were inspecting and writing reports, diagnosing faults and likely causes, ordering replacement parts and overseeing the mechanical work carried out by the junior mechanics while all the time applying good workshop hygiene and health and safety practise.
