I am an entrepreneurship practitioner. As the founder of Lediko, a pioneer in the Polish LED lighting industry, I've journeyed from launching a company from "0" to scaling it in international markets. My experience in transforming technical and humanities knowledge into innovative products has resulted in many innovative products, two patents and a number of industry awards.I am an experienced leader with a proven track record of steering teams towards exceptional outcomes, as evidenced by successful projects and enduring client relationships worldwide. Lateral thinking is my forte, and I am passionate about creating interdisciplinary solutions that fuse science, technology, art, and humanism.My current objective is to collaborate with a stellar team that will achieve extraordinary results through my contributions and influence. I am captivated by teamwork and am committed to deepening my understanding in this area, aiming to execute valuable projects with significant financial success.In the spring of 2024, I started a 9-month training course preparing me for the role of a trainer of adults using active methods. I plan to train people in teamwork, which is necessary to create outstanding and financially profitable innovations.I find inspiration in the lives and achievements of remarkable individuals such as Richard Feynman and Steve Jobs, whose deep appreciation for both technology and humanism resonates with my endeavors. Like them, I strive to harmonize these two realms in my activities.In my personal life, I am currently focused on physical and spiritual development. I engage in amateur 400-meter sprints and practice yoga and stoicism. I take joy in each step that brings me closer to achieving my life goals.
