The product, a modular imooomi garden house designed for ergonomic, durable and self-assembly, showcased my ability to bring innovative concepts to life.2 - Specialized Consulting for Capital Investors: I provided expert advisory services to capital investors, focusing on technology comprehension and assessment within the high-tech sector. My role included evaluating technology investments for both security and profitability.3 - Creative Project Leadership: Leveraging the simplified SCRUM methodology, I spearheaded creative projects involving students from SWPS University. These projects served the needs of Lediko sp. z o.o., Optimatik sp. z o.o., Erica Fiore sp. z o.o., Inflexion Tree sp. z o.o., and Zespoły Taneczne Plejada.5 - Product Design Innovations: I've been instrumental in conceiving several product designs, including PaBio (biomorphic plant supports) and Opuindo (luxury packaging for jewelry). In 2020, I provided technology and business consulting to the company, and in the spring of 2021, I assumed the role of Technical Project Lead (CTO).My responsibilities as Technical Project Lead included:1 - Acting as the leader of the Tech Team department.2 - Managing the development of the Optimatik ecosystem project, which comprised hardware installed on vehicles and software operating on devices (algorithms, device OS, MQTT communication, back end, front end).3 - Leading a team of 5 IT engineers using the SCRUM methodology and collaborating with external developers.4 - Leading and supervising the implementation project of the Optimatik system at a client from the automotive industry in Austria, organizing regular meetings and consultations.5 - Resolving complex hardware and software challenges.Collaboratively with the team, I transformed a non-functional system with numerous and significant bugs into a correctly functioning version ready for scaling.The startup did not secure further funding, which concluded my involvement in the project in autumn 2021.
