I founded marketing & design agency Dreamtheatre Ltd. with the initial goal of creating a level playing field for all business sizes in the marketing game. Traditional marketing boundaries do not exist in digital marketing, which has generated the opportunity to use innovative marketing techniques to build brand reputation. As my background is in Product Design Engineering this opportunity is an exciting one! The main services offered by Dreamtheatre are: building and managing digital marketing campaigns, as well as driving innovative campaigns mixed with traditional advertising techniques. We also provide digital and graphic design services, making us a central hub for our clients marketing and design requirements.I have helped clients with a failing business and very little in the way of a 'marketing budget' completely turn their business around, and this is where the satisfaction of consultancy work comes in. Completed training required through Thales Graduate programme during employment with Thales, as well as supporting IMechE application work.- Responsible for developing and sustaining manufacturing processes within both Naval and Lasers programmes, working on products at various stages of their life cycle.- Accountable for finding and implementing efficiencies in process and production output, root cause analysis, build standard management, routings, change-requests, and cross-discipline collaboration.- Managed and responsible for build cost/time analysis, as well as supported Bid estimating.- Supported the reduction of cost of non-quality within product lines and drove design and process improvement (both in-house and supply chain) with notable success.- Implemented Lean Engineering techniques and philosophy to manufacturing teams; Design and sustainment of 5S processes and manufacturing approach.- Laterally involved with New Product Introduction, supporting the design of manufacturing and test processes, unit price (UPC), and integration planning in order to drive products to market. The key drivers for the development product were commercial viability and time to market, which we were on course to achieve.

- Professional internship that consisted of design drafting, completion of Engineering Change Orders, part design, and design administration work.- Worked alongside mechanical and optical engineers at world-renowned film camera manufacturers and filmmakers. - The role primarily involved working within the design team for the traditional 35mm motion picture camera programme, before gaining experience in the development of Panavision’s new digital camera range (Millennium DXL).
