Joined Equiem as Head of Business Development to lead the company's growth in the region. As the first local hire, and part of company's leadership team, I had responsibility for crafting the region's business development strategy, approach and go-to-market plan, which was subsequently rolled out to other regions. I oversaw all new business activity - from initial client contact to close, and was integral to the company's stellar UK growth, bringing on new customers such as Nuveen, Kennedy Wilson and Helical. Worked closely with the wider UK team to drive customer adoption and roll out to new sites. When fundraising, worked closely with the CEO to meet and pitch to sector focused VC firms.I regularly represented the company at industry events, including MIPIM, Placetech Trend Talks and Bisnow.

ImployApp was a two-sided marketplace focused on graduate recruitment. It enabled SME businesses to find and connect with students and graduates, and let candidates match with relevant jobs at exciting businesses.
