-Led the coordination of rapid hiring efforts for a large state transportation agency in response to the implementation of legislation dramatically expanding its client base.-Developed reporting and tracking structures, ran weekly meetings of 30+ participants, advised high-ranking government officials on staffing and operational changes, and managed large data models used for decision-making.-Led a team of four consultants in advising a large public housing authority in restructuring the staffing levels and roles of its finance and budgeting departments.

-Founded the firm and built client base of more than a dozen clients to develop and attract financing for social impact real estate projects throughout the country. -Designed and delivered thoroughly researched community impact reports on real estate projects for a major national bank as well as several large-scale adaptive reuse projects in successfully securing tens of millions of dollars in federal New Markets Tax Credit investments.-Led coordination with over a dozen tenants of a new construction non-profit legal aid center, securing lease commitments and developing strategy for cost-saving efficiencies across tenants.

-Conducted rigorous qualitative and quantitative research for developers, banks, and non-profit clients to measure, maximize, and communicate the impact of real estate projects on surrounding communities’ health, education, and economic well-being.-Wrote and designed the first national industry report on kitchen incubators in the U.S. as lead author, later holding multiple interviews with various publications on the topic.

-Managed partnerships with more than a dozen public, private, and non-profit organizations to provide direct economic opportunity services for over 30,000 public housing residents in the South Bronx. Responsibilities included relationship management, logistics, marketing, and outcome tracking.-Co-wrote successful $300,000 Choice Neighborhoods Planning Grant and served on the Steering Committee to develop and implement a community outreach strategy.

-Researched comprehensive perspective of the company’s history, including NYC development trends from the 1970s through present, in preparing a written draft of CPC’s history. -Edited and supported various policy memos including a response to HUD’s Request for Information regarding disposition of GSE’s REO assets. -Facilitated CPC’s Benchmarking Plus program, helping building owners comply with New York City’s recent energy benchmarking requirements.

-Collected, analyzed, and produced tables for data on housing trends for the 2010 State of the Nation’s Rental Housing Report, among other publications, using Stata software. Work included inquiries into central city and suburban employment trends, the access of publicly subsidized units to public transportation, and spatial rental vacancy distributions.

-Managed and executed quantitative and qualitative research tasks in evaluating federally-funded public education interventions using SAS statistical programming. Acted as point of contact for multiple school districts throughout the country regarding qualitative research objectives.

-Reviewed, organized, and analyzed data, industry reports, client documents, and other relevant materials in support of expert testimony in antitrust litigation.
