Worked in Meadowhall Sheffield branch from 2007 until 2011 and I then relocated to Kingston and moved into the same role there from 2011 until 2013. Starting as a Part Time job during my University Studies, I quickly developed from temporary Christmas Staff, to full time Sales Assistant, and finally to Senior Sales. As Senior Sales I was responsible for managing the shop floor, overseeing the day to day procedures of the business, and cash handling roles such as banking up. Other roles included being a key holder for the business, rota management, staff hiring/disciplinary, merchandising, organizing and overseeing events (such as trade shows at London Olympia and Midnight Game Launches), creating and managing incentive schemes to improve staff performance and store turnover, and reporting to the Manager as and when required.
