Nashville Area Habitat for Humanity is an ecumenical Christian ministry that provides the life-changing opportunity for people to purchase and own quality, affordable homes.For two years I worked directly under the Family Services Director assisting in the first steps of evaluating applicants for NAHFH's Homeownership Program. Some of my job responsibilities included:• Maintained, organized, and evaluated records of 100 - 200 applicants per month• Reviewed income and debt obligations of applicants to determine eligibility• Evaluated questionnaires on eligibility for special grants with Federal Home Loan Bank and Tennessee Housing Development Agency• Created and updated Excel files and functions to maintain efficiency/functionality of client management process• Assisted in the organization of outreach events at various companies in Nashville and surrounding areas to promote our Homeownership Program
