To create the technology components to deliver the best medical care anywhere in the world.We have developed a Telemedicine optimized Electronic Medical Record with multiple App interfaces for our Physicians and our Members. We work in a 'Zero Error Environment' and deliver a premium medical and technology experience to our members.Our WorldClinic team is responsible for remote healthcare in some of the toughest regions of the world.

Learning is fun; keep it that wayZumFun is a New York City based startup business that believes that learning is fun, and that we should use games, mobile devices and social tools to ensure it stays that way. We are building the games and tools to ensure that learning remains fun and maximizes the impact on the student. We cannot capture the heads and hearts of our students if we use legacy techniques that are static, linear, one way or boring. Learning needs to be dynamic, multidirectional, interactive and fun. ZumFun focuses on proving this and demonstrating the enhanced learning outcomes it generates. ZumFun is a small, passionate team with a clear direction and plan to bring fun back to education.

Strategic leadership of the company and technology management and development.

My role was to create and deploy engaging games and social media tools to capture the imagination of employees and communicate with them more effectively.We apply this for our clients to create engagement in employee communication and improve employee education. My role is to develop abstract concepts for our clients and lead them through to deployment using social media, games, game mechanics and behavioral economics. I am also responsible for developing our thought leadership in these areas globally for our Communication practice. I am responsible for proving the value of these techniques to the senior leaders at our clients and to challenge their thinking with emerging technologies.I was part of the Towers Watson innovation council and served on many intellectual capital working groups.

I became a senior consultant in the New York City office of Towers Watson specializing in helping employers to use social media and games to communicate effectively with their employees. Most of our clients are Multi National Corporations and I led global projects for our clients and worked closely with colleagues in Europe and Asia Pacific.I was responsible for the development of new products and services to help our clients effectively use social media. We have helped large companies to engage their employees more effectively and to improve their collaboration.

As a senior consultant in the Sydney Australia office, my role was to liaise with our customers and discuss their technology challenges. This involved talking with their IT leaders as well as their business customers. My main role was to ensure that any business solution was technically feasible, and then design that solution. In many cases, I was hands-on in building the solution as well.Through this time period, I spent a significant amount of time in the Asia Pacific region. I worked on numerous projects in the Philippines and on major initiatives in India and Hong Kong. I also had notable experience in Singapore, Malaysia and China.I was a key liaison between our US operations and our Australian operations. We were delivering a large amount of offshore work from our Sydney delivery center, and my role was to lead the projects and ensure that we were delivering the key elements. This was also a very hands-on role, with a specific role designing technology solutions.

I led technology development for multiple multinationals based in Australia. My role was very technical and I spent a large amount of my time developing software and designing architectures.A significant achievement here was designing the Watson Wyatt global Single Sign On standard for our clients. SAML at this stage was not particularly widely adopted, so I designed and built a secure standard. I was also responsible for managing the technical parts of the deployments for our clients. As a result, I wrote the client facing documents needed for the deployment of the SSO. This project was highly successful and the systems remain in use today.

Led a team of several developers to build a wide array of internet sites. My role was client facing and followed the project through the whole Software Development Life Cycle. Our team delivered many leading edge interactive web systems for clients including XML transactions, OpenGIS systems, 4GL systems and eCommerce with a particular focus on security considerations.Developed and designed in .NET, Java, Python, Ruby, Perl, CL4, Shell, Pascal and Fortran.
