I am an information and community professional with expertise in information science, online communities, user and community experiences, and sociotechnical and socioemotional contexts. I'm an ambivert, empath, and recovering academic who earned my PhD in Information Studies from the Florida State University School of Information. I also hold an MS in Library and Information Studies from FSU and a BS in Computer Science from the University of Central Florida.
