Being able to work with different organisations and companies as part of my study has allowed me to gain a great deal of practical knowledge. Aside from that, I have also completed a 5-month internship at Metro Fitness, a community-based gym located in Dublin, Ireland, where I took the role as the companies marketing manager. It was here where I was already able to put my learnt expertise’s into practice and also learn the inner workings of a professional sport organisation. Now that the second year of my study is coming to an end, I am currently searching for an internship in the field of sport for the graduation year of my study. My aim is to apply the learnt knowledge and experience that I have gained through my study and former internship placement to help a company or club to achieve their objectives. It is here where I started my Sports Studies Bachelor program at the Hanze University of Applied Sciences, while also joining the Hanze Honours program.
