As the founding team member of this company, my role is as follows: Investor relations: Protecting the investors' interest, and establishing the trust between the VC and the founding team.  Legal & Compliance: Balancing the fast business expansion need and investors’ compliance and ethic requirement by establishing solid and efficient legal risk control and compliance system.  Strategy: Assist the founders to establish business model and strategy, as well as the frequent iterations. Government Relations: Within a very short period after joining WeMeshops, I established a good relationship with officials in such competent departments as Shanghai Commerce Commission, Huangpu AIC, Shanghai FDA, Foshan Customs, etc. and had WSN the company been praised and recognized by many governmental departments.
