The Director of Asset Management oversees all market inventory to ensure they move through process within the time guidelines to help hit our goals.Work with Acquisitions, Renovations, Buyer Direct and Dispositions teams to ensure the market is operating effectively.Monitor key KPI’s on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and work with market department heads to solve the root cause.Monitor active inventory showing and offer volume.Manage inventory to meet ROI, Time and Volume Goals.Prepare BPO’s and set listing price on new listings.Create strategy (marketing/renovation/pricing) for non-performing inventory.Review drive reports and identify and resolve property level issues.Conduct property inspections on a regular basis to ensure homes are in good marketable condition.Focus on identifying inefficiencies and reducing timelines.Serves as POC for other HQ business functions (i.e., Marketing/PR, People Operations, IT, Finance, etc.).I also manage our team of Home Marketing Consultants in the Houston market and serve as their direct report to optimize their processes and strategies.

As a Motto Mortgage Director of Growth, my job is to arm our loan officers with the leads, tools, technology, and resources to achieve their business and personal goals. I also managed the 6-month pre-launch and handled all administrative and compliance requirements to open a mortgage brokerage office. Currently, I oversee overall office growth and P&L as well as company strategy and implementation of project initiatives.

Originally born out of the desire to share my real estate strategy and training material that I had created for our brokerage agents over the years, I converted all our training into beautiful online blog posts and engaging podcasts.This created an additional channel to recruit agents to our brokerage and worked very well as an easy way to get in front of local agents by holding workshops and training classes under a neutral (non-RE/MAX brand).

Oversee overall office growth and P&L from agent-driven revenue, ancillary services, and inside team sales generated revenue as well as company strategy and implementation of project initiatives that help us achieve our goal of helping agents grow personally, spiritually and economically.

As Director of Operations, I oversaw the brokerage and P&L performance, developed/proposed market goals, cultivated vision and culture while working with brokerage staff and team leads to ensures all KPI targets were met.

As Head of Sales, I led and managed a team of 10 agents and 2 admin to close over $45,000,000 in two years.

As the Acquisitions Director, I oversaw acquisitions for our investor clientele to source, analyze, and acquire properties that met their investment criteria and/or current real estate property goals.

Initially serving as a non-branded entity to market an under-served and under-appreciated area of Houston, I created MySpringBranch.com in early 2018 as a platform to highlight the area.In less than 12 months, MySpringBranch.com boasts over 5,000 highly-targeted and engaged Facebook fans, an email newsletter with over 1,000 subscribers and over 20,000 website page views every month.

Served as a summer intern to the operations team based out of the HQ in Louisiana and assisted in the implementation of new strategic initiatives for new product lines.
