End to end management of IBM customer facing events throughout Australian & New Zealand, including breakfast/lunch and dinner events, cocktail functions, conferences, third party sponsorships, gala events, road shows, and product launches, ranging from 20 to 1,000 attendees and budgets of 20k - 800k.Key Responsibilities•Management includes all event aspects, such as securing venues & AV requirements, organising food & beverage, couriers, creative requirements from name tags to full event look & feel, supplier management, flights & accommodation, speaker/presenter engagement/management, prizes & giveaways, as well as event debriefs.•Responsible for IBM event budgets covering production of the event, allocation of funds, venue/supplier negotiations, balancing budget at conclusion of event, providing cost saving/avoidance reports.•Producing event creative that not only complies with IBM brand guidelines but maximises audience engagement and brand awareness, whilst being innovative and cutting edge.•Providing recommendations to IBM on all aspects of events including, but not limited to, lead generation strategies, delegate engagement, venues, food & beverage requirements, signage, print collateral, digital tactics, audio visual requirements and presentations.
