CurrentMy role as a Multifamily Housing Developer includes overseeing the entire development process including site selection and identification, design development, securing financing, and finally construction management before handing over to operations. Projects managed include: Claude Court Commons, a 115 unit ground-up development currently in design development with a construction budget of about $35 million. Village of Greenbriar, an extensive renovation of an 11 acre community. Project scope included constructing a new leasing office, maintenance garage, pool, and bus shelter/mail kiosk while renovating the existing clubhouse. Substantial site and utility upgrades included new sewer and domestic water lines, new outdoor amenities, site lighting, and grading to improve ADA accessibility. Hard construction costs totaled $11.4 million. Casa Redonda, a 42 unit occupied rehab of a senior community. Project scope included renovating all unit interiors, exteriors, and a historic clubhouse as well as site upgrades. Hard construction costs totaled $6.1 million.Maiker Housing Partners is a socially conscious and sustainable housing developer located in Westminster, Colorado. Successful projects include Alto, a 68,000 square foot mixed-use development, Crossing Pointe, a 206 unit, 3-buiding, cross-generational campus, and Caraway, a first of its kind adaptive reuse development converting a 45,000 square foot office building into a 116-unit, five building, multifamily community.
