The following requirements are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or ability required to perform the function:• Responsible for serving the connectivity and customized workflow needs of the assigned sales regions.• Provide technical product support to the Hologic Sales organization through education, sales tools, conference calls, site visits and other means of written and verbal communication.• Produce and deliver customer presentations related to digital mammography workflow, which highlight Hologic products and demonstrate how they can be successfully integrated into their PACS and medical IS environments.• Understand competitive threats, as related to technical product aspects and take action to minimize their impact through all means possible (i.e. sales and customer education, counter-attacks, product enhancement requests)• Provide support to the Engineering organization by minimizing the need for engineering’s involvement in customer sales support.• Manage and complete special projects related to Hologic's continuous improvement in serving internal and external needs related to Connectivity and Sales.
