• Responsible for serving the connectivity and customized workflow needs of the assigned sales regions.
• Provide technical product support to the Hologic Sales organization through education, sales tools, conference calls, site visits and other means of written and verbal communication.

- Responsible for quality service of all Hologic products and for customer satisfaction within a generally assigned geographical area. - Provide technical support for Hologic networked system projects (installations) by interfacing with customer’s IS department, Hologic Engineering, Technical Support and Customer Training. - Responsible for product.

• Conducts advanced troubleshooting to repair, test and qualify instruments located at assigned territory sites.
• Provides 24/7 coverage to customers within 24 hours of notification.
• Schedules and manages preventive maintenance and unscheduled visits to instrument sites.
• Determines correct inventory levels of repair parts with supply lines.
• Documents repair/ resolution of customer calls in CRM system and escalates issues to management as needed.
