Starting in college with a few classmates, I began to use my free time to help local businesses create their web presences. This was a great start, and began to open up other opportunities for myself.After the local businesses, I worked for a client in Iowa who wanted a Monster / Career Builder type site for the aviation industry that was located in that area. The response from users was immediate, as students and others began to contact this company directly for more information to further their careers.In my final semester of school, another flash piece was created for a wedding photographer in Appleton, WI. This site was also a success in the fact that it allowed the photographer to upload new photos to their Flickr account, which could then be viewed via a username and password on his site using the Flickr API. Over the last couple years, occasional site maintenance has been done as well.I am now working on web projects for clients like Dell, Target, CVS Pharmacy, SunnyD, and individuals with their businesses, but also taking on mobile application development for iOS and Android devices for Boston Scientific, AMS, and Spectranetics.

As a Senior Developer at Popular Front, I was still responsible for continuing to work on engaging end-user experiences, as well as more client-facing work, application documentation, and lead developer roles.

As a developer at Popular Front, I am responsible for creating engaging experiences for end users. A few clients that I have done work for include General Mills, Hasbro, Deluxe, Scholastic, and Starkey.

As an intern at Renaissance Learning, I was responsible for numerous tasks. Testing builds, release candidates, and older releases on numerous operating systems was a great experience. Though tedious, it is something that I still use today. I also got my feet wet with Microsoft Visual Studio when updating files with the Accelerated Reader team.
