- Developed an online virtual nursing lab course (beta version) within a 4 month timeline with HTML5/XML, CSS3, and vanilla JavaScript, to track and simulate a patient care day for training purposes. The trainee plans and prioritizing a series of clinical activities to evaluate and improve their judgment and performance in a hospital setting.- Enhanced 100+ courses on time in 3 months by coordinating and updating HTML5 semantics and CSS3 flexible box layout to create a consistent, responsive and accessible learning experience for users.- Refactored JavaScript to automatically update critical licensing course information required by various states within the country. This helped achieve a faster update process and less error.- Coordinated with tech lead and project manager to create internal tool: - that triages user course reviews; Helped organize user reviews to easily tackle QA issues. - to reduce process creating XML; Reduced XML creation to hours instead of days.- Coordinated with product development manager to coordinate fixing online course bugs brought to our attention through customer service tickets in a timely manner.- Coordinated with customer service manager to update critical state licensing information in front-end of course XML's.- Send out monthly report to sales and marketing teams to highlight updated or newly added courses to catalogues.
