Website Development and Management: Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of the organization's website (www.eternalempire.gg). This includes ensuring the website's design is visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligns with the organization's branding and communication strategy. As IT Director I ensure the website is up-to-date with the latest content, security patches, and technology standards to optimize performance and user experience.IT Strategy and Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy that supports the organization's objectives, focusing on scalability, security, and e�ciency. As IT Director I'm responsible for leading the IT department, setting departmental goals, budgeting, and ensuring the strategic alignment of technology investments with business goals.Discord Management: Oversee the management and administration of multiple Discord servers, ensuring they are well-organized, secure, and provide an engaging environment for the community, our creators, and our Esports players. This includes overseeing roles and permissions, managing channels, implementing bots for automation, and ensuring a safe and inclusive space within all Discord servers.Security and Compliance: Ensure all IT systems (the website and Discord servers) adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and data protection and privacy. This involves regular security audits, risk assessments, and the implementation of necessary security measures to protect organizational and user data.Technical Support and Training: Provide leadership in technical support and training initiatives to ensure staff and users are knowledgeable about how to e�ectively use the organization's website and/or Discord servers. This involves developing training programs, support documentation, and a responsive IT support system.
