On a daily basis I interact with colleagues of varying levels and expertise across the company to coordinate project plans and deliver these solutions.Having moved to Queensland in 2021 September, I encountered the challenge of adjusting my approach to remote work. However I overcame this challenge by developing strategies of initiatives in communication and responsibility. Thus, I continued to achieve success despite being physically distant from my actualized designs and no longer being able to meet clients face-to-face. Joining AusDiagnostics, I was given the opportunity to lead the innovation of a robot for the manufacture of sterile liquid reagent products. From conceptualisation to delivery, the project involved mechanical, electrical, and software R&D, and the robot had strict requirements such as its precision, high throughput, sterility, and compliance with QMS standards. From conceptualisation to delivery, the project involved mechanical, electrical, and software R&D, and the robot had strict requirements such as its precision, high throughput, sterility, and compliance with QMS standards. Complete after 8 months of R&D, the robot now fulfils crucial functions in the manufacture of therapeutic goods production, delivering major sales potential. A follow-up project to advance the technology for a different product was complete 7 months later.Since 2020 February, I had accepted a role change and taken initiatives to improve the efficiency and regulatory compliance of the Engineering R&D team. I am appreciative of the support provided by the team and other departments for this effort. These initiatives made it possible to develop our next generation of customer robots (IVD medical devices), as the Engineering R&D department formally passed certification in November 2020 and we released our first medical device in February 2021. This effort was in response to the exceeding popularity of a calculation tool I'd freely developed for a community, and that community was essentially my first clientele. My work peaked in 2019 as I became a better engineer and my portfolio increased. However, in 2020 I made a hard choice to stop freelancing because I discovered I was more interested in the professional development than the work itself, deciding instead to continue working on hobbyist projects. One of Australia's largest liquid waste management companies, I was truly privileged to gain professional experience in this office space. It was here that I delved into the Design & Build sector and learned of my talents in design and 3D drafting. I had frequent opportunities to collaborate with various senior engineers and was mentored through the duration.
