The provision of bespoke monitoring solutions utilising the BMC Patrol infrastructure and the design and development of a bespoke service to provide the facility of Utility pricing of the services delivered to PwC.• Design and development of bespoke BMC Patrol knowledge modules for the operational teams supporting services.• Design and development of the Utility pricing service, comprising of autonomous agents running on Wintel and Solaris Unix platforms which populated a central SQL database. The database was queried by a large excel sheet containing the hosts and storage charges or different charging models as stipulated in the service delivery contract. The charging model was operated to invoice the client and was key to the contract.
