• Requisition, receive, inspect and store supply materials from different sources of supply.
• Keep accurate of receipt and issues of supply materials issued to different units or individuals.
• Update the inventory reflection all new acquisitions and all items that have to be removed due to Property Survey Board (LPSB) action recommending that they be written off the section inventory.
• Assist in processing inventory write-off reports to be submitted to the local Property Survey board (LPSN) regarding non-expendable assets within GS unit that are beyond economical repair, obsolete or lost/stolen.
• Prepare equipment schedule for LPSB write-off action for physical inspection by the initial survey board. Prepare replacement programme of old outdate office equipment and furniture in line with the procurement plan.
• Advice supervisor based on the report the R&I of any discrepancies observed regarding incorrect or defective items supplied or items that have been lost or damage by transit.
