During my professional career as Learning & Development professional, I've evolved as a creative, coordinator and curator of learning resources. My main projects have focused on producing engaging and exciting ways for teams to create trainings that help learners to live an experience more than just taking a class.Besides my work as L&D professional, I am very passionate about Diversity initiatives. I am motivated to support and organize events at my workplace to make awareness, ensure safe spaces for everyone, and contribute to build a more inclusive culture.
