Working within Razom's Development team, primarily under the Donation Database managers, I am working on: data entry, clean up and management, creating and implementing new data processes, donor and prospect research, donor trend analysis and reporting, taking and maintaining notes, assisting with task email and phone tasks, assisting with donor stewardship and other organizational communications, assisting with administrative and communications tasks, including supporting fundraising efforts, events and donor relations.

Provide professional, responsive and friendly beverage & food service to guests in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with fellow servers and managers while working on the floor, and effectively communicate with the kitchen staff through a POS system. Most importantly, making connections with patrons to make sure we all have the best time during their dining experience!

Reviewed and corrected homework and lab assignments for multiple class sections. Facilitated office hours for multiple days a week for students to inquire about the subject. Supervised lab class period to help students. Coordinated with other teaching assistants to create a healthy learning environment for students.

Actively fostered an inclusive, safe, and healthy community in the dorm. Supported peers by building intentional connections, repairing harm within the group when it occurs, and helping to create an environment that supports academic and personal development.
