Determines project specifications by: a. studying product design, system requirements, and performance standards; b. completing technical studies; c. preparing cost estimates.6. Confirms product performance by conducting tests.7. Conduct post-project review work of sub-transmission, substation and distribution lineselectric capital projects. Reports result of post-review work.

a. Manpower supervision and implementation of detailed plan as per designer and owners approval.b. Estimating material, construction and labor cost, and project timescales.c. Testing installations and system, and analyzing data.d. Coordinating with technicians and craftspeople.e. Making sure project meet electrical and construction safety regulations.f. Attending meetings, writing reports and giving presentation to managers and clients.
