Job Function• Manage the outsourced HR function of our client e.g. recruitment and talent management, compensation and benefits management, performance management, employee/ labour relation etc.• Identify technological changes that can benefit our client’s business process and implement it• Develop the services of Dragnet Solutions Limited and market to prospective clients.• Form strong business relationship with clients especially in the initial stages of them coming on board.• Seek feedback on our performance from all our clients and advice accordingly.• Develop the headhunting services and spearhead the filling of vacancy for our clients from the advert stage to the final interview.• Maintain and develop corporate image and reputation, and protect and develop the company's brands.• Plan and manage internal communications and awareness of corporate direction, mission, aims and activities.• Plan and implement sales and marketing activities in order to meet company targets for growth and profitability.• Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring organizational performance in terms of client expectations.• Write regular updates to top Management summarizing client feedback and propose on ways of maintaining good performance, or effecting improvement where necessary, update the CRM system.• Negotiate favourable rates on behalf of Dragnet with clients based on volumes, recruitment specification and peculiarities.• Source for foreign recruitment partners on behalf of Dragnet, liaise with Nigerian professional bodies in formulating testing and recruitment plan.• Constantly liaise with the finance department to measure profitability of each client and pushing for larger volumes from them
