Planning and conducting of Site Improvement through Monitoring Systems (SIMS) assessment in the regions. Participate in monitoring capacity of PEPFAR supported entities to provide high-quality HIV/AIDs services in all PEPFAR supported program areas. Leads SIMS assessment and evaluation teams during data collection and provide specialized technical input to the SIMS assessment data collection and feedback to facilities and communities. Onsite mentoring of implementing partner’s representative during SIMS assessment leading to improved service delivery at the sites. Adaora provides ongoing technical support for all data collection, analysis and reporting with successful data entry into the Global Health SIMS Mobile Application (GHSMA) while ensuring SIMS protocols are followed to ensure data quality and timeliness. Participates in field work monitoring, report writing and dissemination of key findings which has contributed in providing data for regional, national and global programmatic decision making.

SFH is one of the largest indigenous US government funded NGO that operates around the country, implementing programmes in reproductive health/family planning; HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment; malaria prevention and treatment and primary health care system strengthening. They work with private and public sectors to improve access to essential health information, services and products to motivate the adoption of healthy behaviours. Adaora worked in the capacity of a Account Administrative Officer and performed a variety of functions which included ensuring of proper preparation of payment vouchers with essential supporting documents while following policies on payment, reviewing staff retirements to ensure accuracy as well as raising journals on same for approval; booking of payment vouchers, journals and financial transactions in the SAP accounting software; payment and preparation of petty cash vouchers; ensuring proper documentation of payment vouchers, retirements and official documents while maintaining a standardized filing system and assisted in bank reconciliations.
