- Engineering head for two AI/ML AWS services -Amazon CodeGuru Reviewer and AWS BugBust. These services were launched under my guidance in June 2020 and June 2021 respectively. We are also working on a third service which is planned to be launched in 2022. Amazon CodeGuru Reviewer and AWS BugBust are currently being used by tens of thousands of developers to automatically review their code and improve code quality. - Built systems to run machine learning and program analysis models to identify code issues through the customer code and build artifacts. - Built systems to source new detectors by processing library documentations (NLP models), code review comments etc. - Third line manager managing an org across geographies. - Working with science, product, marketing, legal and sales teams to build and iterate on the product and sales strategy.

- Lead both the engineering and product teams to build Amazon maps data (road network graph, places of interests etc.) which was used by hundreds of thousands of Amazon drivers to deliver tens of millions of packages on a daily basis across 9 different geographies. - Built machine learning systems to identify new roads and places of interest based on driver traces and satellite imagery. Built systems which could store and operate on road network graphs having billions of nodes. - Third line manager managing an org of 40+ engineers and dotted line managing an maps data operations team of 300+ associates across multiple geographies. - Lead strategic deals with external vendors to augment maps data helping Amazon save 100M USD in three years (2019 to 2022). - Drove customer anecdote program collecting weekly feedback from deliver associates (via multiple social media sites etc.) and diving deep on these issues to improve Amazon maps data quality.

- Lead engineering team to launch Amazon delivery partner program (DSP). This enables people to build their own delivery companies and deliver packages for Amazon. It has helped Amazon scale their own logistic capability to deliver millions of packages every day across 9 different geographies and provide unique capabilities like in-car trunk delivery, one-hour delivery etc. to Amazon customers. - Third line level manager managing an org of 50+ engineers. - Built financial systems like payments, accounting, invoicing etc. and account management systems like onboarding, recruiting, identity fraud etc. for the delivery service providers. - Worked closely with the Product, finance and operations team to build a customer centric product.

- Lead the account management and financial systems engineering teams to launch the Amazon Flex program, a crowdsourced delivery program, in 2015. It helped Amazon to build a flexible workforce which could handle 5x peak demands with minimal extra cost to Amazon. - Grew this team from 12 engineers to 40+ engineers. - Drove multiple critical initiatives like identity management, background verification, Identity fraud, bi-weekly payments etc.

Manage teams that focus on building Supply Chain management software. - Responsible for software that audits invoices for millions of packages every day and pays billions of dollars every year. - Responsible for software that reduces delivery defects which helps Amazon in saving millions of dollar every year. - Focus on delivering software components for Amazon Transportation that will form the basis for a Transportation Management System in the future.- Lead projects and manage their SDLC end to end ie. right from the stage of requirements gathering, design, development to deployment and post launch support.- Deliver departmental goals via Agile and other Software Development Methodologies.- Started off as the first engineer and soon grew the team to 30 engineers.

- Built multiple features like Automated slide generation based on beats, automated movie creation, face tracking in video, GPU powered video filters using directX etc. - Filled 10+ US / international patents.
