* Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company polices. * Respond to customer enquiries through emails, portals or by phone. * Manage request for quotes and proposals. * Evaluate customer needs to promote product or service sales. * Assist customers in making product selections, based on customer's needs, product specifications, and applicable regulations.
