Sales Engineer
Current* Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company polices. * Respond to customer enquiries through emails, portals or by phone. * Manage request for quotes and proposals. * Evaluate customer needs to promote product or service sales. * Assist customers in making product selections, based on customer's needs, product specifications, and applicable regulations. Ability to upsell as when opportunities arise. * Accurately converting and processing of orders in a timely manner. * Maintain and improve quality results by following standards and recommending improved policies and procedures. * Maintain customer records contacts, pricing, payment term etc. * Collaborate with Account Managers to exchange information related to their accounts. * Inform customers of estimated delivery schedules, service contracts, warranties or other information pertaining to purchased products. * Maintain good knowledge of products and services. * Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to management. * Liaise with the invoicing and logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
