I am currently working in the area of uniaxial monotonic and cyclic deformation behavior of various FCC materials with different stacking fault energy. My experimental work includes monotonic deformation at room/high temperature, uniaxial cyclic deformation (Low Cycle Fatigue) at room/ high temperature and multiaxial cyclic deformation (various proportional and non-proportional LCF loadings with different combinations of axial and shear strain). I have done hands-on various characterization techniques that include SEM, and EBSD. The modelling work includes life prediction for various multiaxial proportional and non-proportional loadings for different strain amplitude and strain paths with different non-proportionality factor and hysteresis loop modelling for uniaxial as well as multiaxial fatigue.
