With a proven track record of developing effective procedures and a solution driven approach, Adarsh has experience of handling full life cycle of recruitment for prominent companies across sectors such as FMCG, BFSI, retail and ecommerce. A high point of her professional career was successfully and exclusively executing a PAN India recruitment requirement for client; Hindustan Unilever Networks.Adarsh’s remarkable leadership capability and exceptional interpersonal and problem solving skills led her to be in the role of Director of counseling of a prominent international youth exchange organization (Youth for understanding India). Here she was an interface between schools and families and single point of contact to reach out to both for inbound & outbound students and their hosting families in case of any concerns or issues faced. My role also entailed resolving issues using tact and judgment, handling logistics and content delivery of various orientations, and daily communication with international counterparts.
