It includesBasic information about the design of the studies in the dataset (objective, study method, trial duration, disease class, treatment group, crossover or parallel, inclusion/exclusion criteria, length, number of subjects etc) Information about the drug and its dosing, such as regimen, total dose, formulation, route of administration, etc Demographic characteristics such as age, sex, ethnicity, medical historyPharmacodynamic Information: Impact of time, baseline and endpoint data, drug response, change from baseline data, Efficacy data (various biomarkers as endpoints) and Safety data (Adverse events information).The case report forms (CRF's) provided by the client were studied meticulously and the data will be entered into an Excel spreadsheet.
