  Manage 08 hours shift operations in dedicated section, producing 900 MT/D liquid Ammonia.Handling the start-up and shut-down activities, troubleshooting and ensuring smooth operations of plant within the specified operational parameter as process (panel) engineer.Worked as Field Technician in-charge of Reformer, CO₂ Removal, Synthesis, Utilities Section, Purge Gas Recovery Unit Compressor Section, Ammonia Unloading and Storage Station.Key focus on the reduction of specific energy consumption of Ammonia plant by optimizing process parameter such as specific steam requirements for various machineries.Process calculations such as material balance, energy balance, water balance, pump hydraulics, turbine heat rate and efficiency, heat exchangers, boiler calculations, steam generationIssuing PTW to the concerned department and responsible for identification of the equipment and process isolation (LOTO) within the bounds of Work Permit System and in accordance with company policies and procedures.Supervised and executed various jobs during the Annual Plant Turnaround (Hydrotests and Pneumatic tests of vessels, Catalyst Handling, Chemical Cleaning of Heat Exchangers, etc.) Operated Steam Turbine driven Pumps and Fans, Dryer Towers, PSA and VAM for the generation of Instrument Air, IG (N₂ gas) and Chilled Water to meet the demand of Ammonia as well as other sister plants.Handling of P&ID (Piping and instrumentation diagrams) and PFD (Process Flow diagrams) for the plant. Generating daily production report, monthly production report, and SAP Production report, assist with planning and scheduling of shutdown and maintenance.
