Had a great time ,working for a reputed technical textile company . Heading the marketing , I pushed the sales volume by 70%in 4 years of my leadership . Even the covid period could not push us down. controlled a force which includes offices at Chandigarh , Delhi , Ahmedabad , Chennai , Vishakhapatnam, Jamshedpur .In tecnical textiles development plays a vital role and I was involved at plant in translating buyers requirements in products . Taking trials and then altering product to match with buyers requirement up to full satisfaction was my main contribution .All the three verticals ie (1) wet filteration (2) Industrial textiles and (3)Non wovens were controlled by my team.I was travelling all the marketing offices and carporate clients and supporting my team well At Mumbai head office a team of 11 persons consisting back office , development and core marketing was also controlled by me .Marketing accounting taking care of advances , collections and discounts etc was fully controlled by us .

worked as marketing head for products produced at 2lakhs spindles which were at 3 different locations . Played a key role in marketing of value added products suck as various linen , silk , other bast fibres , jute and there blends with other natural , poly and viscose fibres. Based at Mumbai which was marketing head office , I was controlling Delhi , Bhilwara ,Tirpur and other marketing offices. Actively involved in product planning at all the three plants for controlling top as well as bottom lines. Involved in various developments using different fibres and there effect at fancy doublers .We were supporting bottom weights , top weights and ladies wears with our products .Travel to all big textile markets and carporate buyers and updating then with new products.

Based on point (B) capacity balancing is done and purchase of product/ purchase of services are planned for whole year with room for 5% correction as per requirement.D. Total inside and outside production planning and control along with raw material planning.E. Price negotiation and blocking of capacities outside in four fields i.e. worsted and P/V spinning, weaving, knitting and processing.F.To organize fabric selection time to time with help of marketing heads. Price and delivery finalization of selected product.G.Regular follow ups with team for timely delivery of bought and serviced products.H.To coordinate with QA and timely settlement of issues for maintenance of uninterrupted supplies.1. Apart from planning and execution of A.O.P., helps in buying and selling of raw material and waste disposalK. to sell poly/vis dyed yarns in Bhilwara market volume of which depends on available spinning capacity. Last year sold 1688 tons yarn.

a) Handled the responsibility of whole production activities as production head of 10 lac mts/month cotton fabric production. Headed complete set up starting from yarn sourcing up to the final delivery of fabric mainly bottom weights.

a. Sourcing of various textile fabrics including home textile from all over various locations of India. b. Some specialty finishes like easy care and TEFLON ht fabric for European school wear were successfully sourced from India for B.H.S. and NEXT. c. Sourcing of poly/viscose, ECRU and fibre dyed yarn, 100% cotton yarn, polycotton and polywool yarn. d. Sourcing of poly/viscose and polywool fabric with weft stretch and bi-stretch effect.
