As a business owner, I oversee all facets of my business, including setup, FSSAI compliance, online and offline promotion, and customer service. I have a perfect score of five stars from the consumer. I guarantee that every product is of the greatest quality possible by strictly adhering to specifications laid down by the client. I am responsible for my efforts in propelling the business to the top of its tier.

I developed and put into action a quality strategy, policies, processes, and procedures that would help and improve the company's overall performance. I was an early leader in setting quality goals and recognising when to take corrective action to keep the quality management system running smoothly (QMS). In order to meet or exceed corporate quality standards or customer expectations, I discussed the importance of implementing a quality management system at the factory. I made sure that any potential quality-affecting threats to the development processes were quickly identified and countered. Through research of industry norms and client needs, I made a major contribution to establishing quality and reliability standards. I made certain that all new apparatus complied with standards. I conducted all the necessary tests and inspections of machinery and procedures as part of the quality control analysis.I drafted and put into place quality assurance measures to guarantee consistent high standards from the start. I had a key role in the process of evaluating and qualifying the new and revised goods, or trial builds. I pushed for evaluation of the returned items and action to prevent future returns. I made significant contributions to the manufacturing processes through the use of process error prevention methodology, including FMEAs, GR&R, collaborating with the operations facilitator and the process engineer on new process developments, and monitoring process capability using statistical process control. I investigated the causes and implemented solutions for service and product alerts. I was the driving force behind measures to boost the equipment's quality through continual improvement. As the head of quality control and inspections for all facilities and departments, I was responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction to the whole staff.

I was in charge of every aspect of quality control and management for the system & assembly, wire harness, NPI, and fiber optics departments. In order to keep the quality matrix within the set parameters, I attended the FRB meetings every day and the quality review meetings every month. My work in analyzing consumer complaints and enforcing CAPA was lauded as among my career highlights. I expertly managed the process of reviewing and updating the PFMEA and the control plan. I completed the NPI stage successfully and handed off the needs to the pilot stage production line. As the supervisor, it was my responsibility to manage the process capability, line SPC, calibration, and documentation processes. I was an integral part of the quality control and management of the system assembly, wiring harness, and fiber optics departments. I did the research, made the APQP documentation, and organized everything. I focused the majority of my efforts on working toward and achieving the new part qualification. I oversaw numerous projects, including analysis of processes and defects and the rollout of initiatives to boost product quality. As a key member of the team, I helped review and update the FMEA and control plan on a regular basis. I came up with the standard operating procedures and conducted the training sessions online. I was in charge of doing the routine supplier audits and checking in on the NC closure process. I used GR&R for monitoring and recording process capacity, line statistical process control, and calibration. I was recognized as the Best Employee of the Year in 2015. I solved the terminal back-out rejection problem by designing and delivering the best test jig proposal for the housing insertion jig.

As an Engineer – QA and QC, I managed a six-sigma project, during which I reduced gear rim noise during WTG rotation and eradicated serial number tracking inaccuracy. I was chosen to serve as the export department's "single point of contact" for all quality improvement initiatives (QIP, PCI, SOD, SPC, and 5S).

As an Engineer, I instructed the incoming technicians on the proper use of CNC equipment and in the necessary precautions to ensure their safety. Within the first 3 months of my employment, I was responsible for administration and brought the degree of deteriorated reduction down from 80% to 3%. With guidance from upper management, I guided quality improvements and oversaw the operation of two 12-hour shifts, each staffed by 20 workers. The percentage of rejected products decreased under my watch. Throughout my collaboration, I acknowledged the Quality certifications. In recognition of my efforts to lower the company's rejection rate, I was given a number of commendations by upper management. I was given the opportunity to become a vendor for BEML and Automotive Axles, and as a result, I have acquired a solid understanding of the automotive standard TS 16949.
