I was an integral part of both the Digital and ERP Technology hiring teams.

Led all the stages of full life cycle recruiting. I was an end to end recruiter, overseeing the roles of vendor management , stakeholder management in addition to screening, scouting and onboarding the right talent.

I started my career with Wipro, my first employer. I was part of a digital development team where I had the opportunity to upskill in some of the prominent technologies of the time like Microsoft .NET and MERN stack development. I supported several projects that required a strong understanding of web application tools such as Bootstrap, React.js, and HTML5, as well as backend frameworks like Express.js and Node.js, along with databases like MongoDB and MySQL. This experience was a significant breakthrough and milestone in my learning journey.
