- Understand their competencies & skill sets, making them understand job role.
- Providing complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position.
- Responsible for handling IT requirements from US based clients.
- Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: sourcing,screening, negotiation,submission,interview, offer,closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
- Sourcing resources utilizing job boards, cold calls, application tracking system, social networking and internal database etc.
