Current• Co-coordinating with the candidates for interview conducting telephonic interview before shortlisting candidates.• Understand their competencies & skill sets, making them understand job role.• Providing complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position.• Responsible for handling IT requirements from US based clients.• Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: sourcing ,screening, negotiation ,submission,interview, offer,closed candidates for assigned requisitions.• Sourcing resources utilizing job boards, cold calls, application tracking system, social networking and internal database etc.• Well versed about US Terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc.• Interviewing prospective candidates to assess skill sets, experience, and salary/hourly pay rate for the contract/ full time requirements.• Developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of candidates for the current and future client needs.• Identifying the quality & matching resumes as per the requirements.• Coordinating with Recruiting Managers and Account Managers to understand the requirement as per the clients preferences.
