Re-commissioned the 3300 TPD Outotec calciner (5th Gen).Functioning as an Associate in the 3300 TPD Outotec designed Calciner (5th generation) unit in the production department. Also ensured smooth production of alumina from the plant.Also have experience working in field and managing the field person as per the requirement of work. Also ensured safe operation of every activities while in field.My job roles (as CRO):- Maintaining the furnace top and bottom temperature by critical thinking.- Ensuring smooth feeding and stable production from the calciner.- Ensuring safe and stable running of all equipments.- Maintaining and increasing the hydrate feed rate.As Field Incharge:- Ensuring proper manpower allocation as per requirement.- Ensuring safe operation of every activities in the workplace.- Ensuring that all the jobs are being carried out are as per the SOP and all the permits are correct.

- Taken trials of all equipments from Field & DCS for readiness of the 3300 TPD Outotec calciner (5th gen).- Prepared SOPs for smooth operating of all equipments.- Traced and learned about all the inlet and outlet pipelines of the calciner unit.- Learned about the process and controlling the calciner unit.- Actively participated in all the training and induction modules that were provided by the company.- Learned operating the equipments by taking trials from both field & DCS (Distributed Control System)
