•Management information system(MIS) Reports preparations• Budget tracking and highlighting any activity which is over the budget or is saving cost.• Central planning and co-ordination -Acting as a single point of contact for all the clients for progress updates of projects.• Preparation of Various reports like Crisp information,snapshot,slab charts,progress presentations•Creating schedules in microsoft project and tracking them.• Preparation of Extension of time for work orders while stating proper reasons for the extension and getting approved by EPC head•Raising contract requisition forms in Farvision ERP• Preparation of cashflows for the projects.• Material Planning for efficient use of funds and space without affecting the progress of the project.• Making amendment notes whenever there is any increase or decrease in rate or quantity of work to be carried out and getting it approved by the EPC head.• coordination between all the departments to keep the projects running smoothly.• Arranging weekly project review meetings• Generating reports that will help the uper management to take data driven decisions like budget v/s actual cost ,steel and concrete comaprison reports plannd vs actual achieved.
